Rebecca Andrews trained at Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. She has worked as an actress for The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham under the direction of Sue Colverd, and internationally as a dancer for the National Star College. She was also responsible for Disability access audits and disability awareness workshops for businesses and organisations before beginning an internship at EDF Energy through the Steps to work programme.
She is a fundraiser for Riding for the disabled and has abseiled down the Eagle Tower and sky dived from a plane in order to raise money. Rebecca also works as an advocate for Canine Partners raising an awareness of the work of assistance dogs. She is the Chair of TwoCan heading up the advisory board. The advisory board consists of individuals who have an understanding of disability and specific skills that the company sometimes needs assistance with, specifically in law, human resources, finance, fundraising and marketing. They assist Louise and Nicola in the running of the company.
