SUMMARY:'AMPLIFY' Four day Story telling project
DESCRIPTION:A Four-Day Digital Storytelling Project by TwoCan Theatre Company \nAmplify is an empowering four-day creative project for young disabled people aged 10–30\, designed to celebrate identity\, voice and self-expression through theatre and digital storytelling. \nUsing inclusive drama techniques\, movement\, music\, visual art\, and supported scripting\, participants will create short\, accessible social media reels that share who they are\, what matters to them\, and what they want the world to hear. \nFrom playful ensemble-building to filmed personal statements\, Amplify supports young people to: \n\nBuild confidence and self-advocacy\nDevelop creative and digital skills\nStrengthen communication in their preferred form (spoken\, signed\, AAC\, visual\, movement-based)\nChallenge stereotypes around disability\nSee themselves represented positively and authentically\n\nEach participant will create material that can be edited into a 30–60 second reel for social media and/or TwoCan promotion\, complete with captions and accessible design. The project culminates in a celebratory screening and an online campaign sharing their voices with the wider community\, if appropriate. \nAmplify is about visibility\, pride\, and taking up space. \n10.30am – 3.30pm \nCost £100. \n\n
