TwoCan Theatre, Gloucestershire’s professional disabled-led theatre company, are delivering a number of FREE workshops in Autumn 2017 for adults who identify as D/deaf or disabled from Gloucestershire. All workshops are led by professional D/deaf or disabled artists who have worked both nationally and internationally in their fields.

We are thrilled to welcome the talented, amazing Gareth Berliner to host a comedy stand up course here in Gloucestershire.

Gareth Berliner is a stand-up Comedian, Actor and Writer. He’s been performing stand up for 11 years playing comedy nights and comedy clubs all over the UK, Europe and Internationally. Gareth also works with Abnormally Funny People.

Two years ago Gareth made his TV debut playing Macca in Coronation Street and can be seen walking the cobbles again this summer. Other TV credits include Doctor Who and Eastenders.

Over the five sessions Gareth will introduce you to writing stand up material, performance technique and advise on how to work in the industry. There will be a performance to an invited audience on November 4th.

This is a FREE course for adults aged 18 years plus who identify as D/deaf or disabled, based in Gloucestershire and are interested in Stand Up/Sit Down comedy.
